Consistent great experience

This was our third time purchasing Annual Membership for Odds Farm Park, and they continue to deliver. We renewed online, which was as easy as before. The process for picking up the membership cards was quick at the gate. We've always found the staff friendly and the facilities well-kept. The Outdoor Adventure Play always provides something new for the kids, and it's great to see the seasonal events like Pumpkin Picking being consistently well-organized. It's why we keep coming back each year.

Had a really good time

Went to Odds Farm with my nephews last week. Got the Day Tickets online, which was super easy. They loved the Go-Karts, kept going on them again and again. We saw the Piggery and the kids thought the piglets were adorable. The weather was a bit dodgy but the Indoor Soft Play saved the day. Everyone had a good time, definitely worth the drive.

Fantastic day out!

Oh my goodness, Odds Farm Park was absolutely brilliant! We booked Day Tickets for the Easter Egg Hunt, and it was so much fun. The kids had a blast finding all the eggs, and the prizes were cute. We also did the Pony Grooming, which was such a special experience for them. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We spent the whole day there and didn't want to leave! Definitely going again soon!

Good day out, few small issues

We visited Odds Farm Park last Tuesday and generally had a very pleasant experience. Booking the Day Tickets online was straightforward, and we received the confirmation email instantly. Entry was smooth, just showed our phones. The Indoor Soft Play was a huge hit with our kids, they spent ages there. However, the H2Odds Water Play area seemed a bit understaffed; there was a slight wait for some of the pumps to be activated, and one section wasn't working at all. We also tried the Animal Feeding, which was fun, but the feed ran out quickly at the goat pen. Overall, a good family day, but those minor points could be improved for future visits.

Fun but a bit pricey

We took the kids for a day out, booked Day Tickets for a Saturday. The Tractor Rides were a definite highlight, and they loved the Rabbit and Guinea Pig Meet and Greet. The farm is clean and well-maintained. My only real gripe is the cost of food at Marmalade's Tea Rooms; it felt quite expensive for what it was. We ended up just getting drinks. The Gift Shop Toys also seemed a bit marked up. Still, the kids had a blast, and that's what matters most.

Is it worth booking tickets online ahead of time or can I just show up and buy them at the gate? Don't want to overpay.

D Danielle Martin 2 weeks ago
Definitely book online if you can. It's cheaper, usually saves you a tenner or so compared to walking in.

S Sarah Evans 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I always book online. It's usually about 10% less than the gate price and sometimes they have special 'saver' deals for up to 20% off if you catch them right. Plus, some of the popular times or seasonal things require pre-booking anyway to guarantee entry.

Hey, thinking of taking the kids to Odds Farm next month. Does the soft play area cost extra or is it part of the normal ticket?

R Rachel Hall 3 weeks ago
Nah, it's included! Was just there last week, no extra charge for the indoor soft play.

Yeah, all good. Just pay for your entry ticket and everything inside, like the soft play and most of the outdoor stuff, is covered. Some of the seasonal special events might be separate though, like the Christmas Grotto.

How does Odds Farm compare to Mead Open Farm? Trying to decide which one to take the kids to next weekend.

E Eric Rivera 1 month ago
Odds Farm feels a bit bigger with more outdoor stuff, good if the weather's nice. Mead is good too, maybe slightly smaller.

Hmm, that's a tough one. Odds Farm probably has more variety in terms of outdoor play and water play when it's open. Mead is great for animals and has a solid soft play. Depends what you're after but for a full day out with active kids, I lean towards Odds Farm, especially with the tractor rides and go-karts.

Does anyone know if toddlers get in for free? My little one is only 18 months.

M Matt Rivera 1 day ago
i think it's under 2s are free, but double check their site.

From what I remember, under 2s usually go free. I took my 1-year-old last summer and didn't have to buy a ticket for them. It's worth a quick check on their official site to be 100% sure before you go though, policies can change.

Anyone know if they do NHS discount? My partner works for the NHS and we're planning a trip soon.

K Katie Mitchell 3 days ago
Yep, they do! Just show your Blue Light Card at the entrance, I think it works for NHS too. Got a good saving last time.

They totally do a Blue Light Card discount, which includes NHS staff. You usually need to pre-book online and then show your card when you get there though. Check their website for details but it's usually around 10-15% off.
